Kiama is home to the Kiama Blowhole which blows water to a height of about 60
metres.
The name Kiama is from the aboriginal word Kiaram-a, to which
some sources
give the meaning 'Where the sea makes a noise'; as reference to the
famous Kiama Blowhole.
I was lucky enough to get a shot with a rainbow...gotto sing again
"somewhere over the rainbow..there's a pot of gold..."
SYDNEY
One of the main activity when we reached Sydney was Dolphin Watching.
Had been waiting for this for quite some time :)

The captain of the boat told us that this is a mother dolphin with
her little baby and was very protective and therefore wary of us.
There were some other dolphins spotted but I wasnt able to get
any shots. Such disappointment. Although this trip we did not
see many dolphins, it was still a memorable experience and
made me even more determined to embark on a cruise trip in
ALASKA :)

And of course, the Sydney Opera House
Sydney Opera House is one of the world's most creative and busiest performing arts centres and greatest triumphs of modern architecture. It is home to 1600 performances each year including ballet, opera, theatre, dance, music, comedy, kids shows, talks and more.
We got to visit a Buddist Temple by " accident " while on the road.
Although I would like to believe it is the work of "Fate", that we are able to
visit this magnificient temple.
With these pictures marked the end of our Australia Trip..

Finally, I am able to embark on a long-waited trip to Australia, on May 2012.
Churchill Heritage Farm Visit
Experiencing the life of a working farm... thru a wagon ride :))
Saw this cutie horsey while at the farm, I named her Alice.....

Koala Conservation Centre Visit
There left one particular koala bear which I noticed

Point Grant at philip Island
The strong wind at Point Grant was blowing so hard that I can hardly
take a stable shot.... an excuse for shaking shots :p
Our next stop was the Penguin Parade on summerland
beach as the penguins return from their feeding in the sea.
Since photography was not allowed, we did not
take any pictures..... But it irks me when
cam flashes went off from other tourisrs.
Idiot .
It was dizzling when we witness the rugged splendour of the
famous 12 Apostles, magnificent rock stacks that rise up
majestically from the Southern Ocean on Victoria's
dramatic coastline.

In rough weather the crashing waves put on quite a show.
