Souvenirs
It was love at first sight when i saw the tea glass on the left in ...
hmmm.. somewhere in Turkey ( maybe Antalya or Cappadocia )
Cannot recall how much it cost in Lira though.
Bought the blue Turtle with my travel mates also. It signifies
a family from what you see on the turtle back, 3 little cuties.
All of us three families bought it as a souvenir : )
Turquoise is the official birth stones for the month of December and as such
I was searching high and low for the beautiful stone when i was in Turkey.
According to the sales person, the turquoise will turn from blue to
green after a number of years.
Found in veins sandwiched in between layers of mother rock, the turquoise can show some of the influence of the mother rock in its matrix or veining. The matrix colors range from blue to golden brown to black and sometimes with golden flecks (sometimes called “fools gold” or iron pyrite), which is considered very desirable by some
The average price of these turquoise rings range from USD $100 +
to $200 over, some of which is not shown here. All in all I spent
about USD$500. Whether or not it is worth it is up to individual.
As long as they brings me good luck.... : )

Cappadocia lies in eastern Anatolia, in the center of Turkey (ancient Argaeus) at 3916 m.
Due to its inland location and high altitude, Cappadocia has a markedly continental climate,

with hot dry summers and cold snowy winters
We reached the site at around 7 + am in order to catch the sunrise.
Below , the experts are preparing the ballon for the flight.
And now Out Turn : )
